I’ve gone through a few bags already (for making at home with hot water and frothed oat milk), always order it to-go at my fave local cafe (where I first learned about it), and have now gifted it to many who have also developed a deep love for it! I recently tried Evergreen's Masala and Golden Turmeric chai blends, and while they weren't my absolute favorite, they still had some nice qualities. The spices were well-balanced, with a pleasant warmth that was perfect for a quiet afternoon. However, as someone not usually a fan of turmeric and tried outside my comfort zone, I found that it had a depth and earthy-ness a bit overpowering. It’s a decent option for those who like bolder, exotic flavors. That said, it’s definitely more enjoyable for me as an iced chai.
