matcha milkshake

This is an easy way of having a treat with added benefits. The greek yogurt adds protein, the matcha will add L-theanine, catechins, and antioxidants, and the vanilla ice cream adds delicious! This will make 2 servings. 

-3 large scoops vanilla ice cream 

-2 tbsp Greek yogurt 

-2 tsp evergreen chai matcha 

-1/2 cup milk of choice 


Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with Greek yogurt (or whipped cream), chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of matcha.
