Season's Greetings! Most of us have marshmallows and cocoa and this is a great way to use these fun, seasonal items in this caramel cocoa chai treat!

This blend is truly delicious, easy to brew and wonderfully festive for the winter Holidays. The earthy, rich flavor of cocoa blends perfectly with the slight bitterness of the burnt sugar and butteriness from the caramel sauce. The chai spices give it that extra special, warming feeling. We love to use Edensoy Soy milk in our blends, but of course dairy or any other creamy nut milk will be divine. To make it even more festive, try topping it with mini marshmallows. 

Hot chocolate Caramel chai latte

4 ounces hot water

6 ounces milk (full fat milk enhances spice flavors)

1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder

4 teaspoons Evergreen Chai favorite flavor

2 T. caramel sauce (Ghiardelli Sea Salt Caramel recommended)

Dash of salt

Steps: Combine cocoa powder, chai and caramel sauce with hot water in mug. Add 6 ounces hot milk and stir to taste. Garnish with a sprinkle of salt to bring out the flavors!
